Megan is a Yoga Therapist and Personal Trainer focused on integrative Women’s health, wellness, and a deeper connection to oneself. There isn't a one size fits all to health, so Megan appreciates curiosity, exploration, and most of all listening to ones' own body as a means to well-being.

Yoga Therapy Path

As a yoga warrior, Megan shows up ready to GO. She is based in Bastian, VA and lends a wealth of knowledge to create a unique experience informed and evidence informed approach to living life.
Meg’s Bio
With an immense fascination for the natural world, she has always been a wild child that thrived off of challenging the status quo. Megan’s yoga journey began at the age of 14, while deciding to try Rodney Yee’s AM yoga DVD. She cultivated a daily home practice until she ventured to her first studio class at the age of 16. From here, she applied for a scholarship for a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Sid Yoga in Baltimore Maryland(2013).
Throughout college she taught anywhere from 2-6 classes a week as well as provided specialized classes for varsity sports teams. In 2019 she completed her 300 hr Kunga yoga teacher training at In Balance Yoga in Blacksburg Virginia. Megan then completed a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health. And recently completed her Personal Training Certification.
