Yoga Therapy and Personal Training in Wytheville, VA
Where the sacred meets the raw.
Grateful Growth is a space for the real HEART and HARD work of becoming who you were always meant to be. Rooted in yoga, movement, and the beautiful mess of being human, this is for those who crave both depth and grit ~ for the ones willing to get a little sweaty, a little uncomfortable, and a whole lot honest.
Here, we explore ancient philosophy, poetry, and evidence-informed practices not to escape life, but to live it fully ~ grounded, curious, and brave enough to move through fear rather than around it.
Growth isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up ~ in the breath, in the body, and in the burning moments that shape us. You’ll find reflections that stir the heart, practices that shake the dust off your spirit, and conversations that cut through the noise.
Grateful Growth is for the seekers, the healers, the skeptics, and the ones who refuse to numb out on the bullshit of modern life. Come as you are — leave a little more awake, a little more curious, and a lot more you.

Megan Pullin
Founder of Grateful Growth
Movement has always been my language — a way to connect with the natural world, to process life, and to integrate the sensations that have no words. My love for movement and the earth has shaped how I teach and how I hold space: grounded, gritty, and real.
I began practicing yoga at 14, guided by a simple morning DVD that cracked something open — a quiet realization that movement could transform more than just the body. I was hooked. By 16, I was deep in studio practice, learning how yoga builds strength, balance, and awareness that extends far beyond the mat.
At 17, In 2013, I completed my 200-hour teacher training at Sid Yoga in Baltimore on scholarship, followed by my 300-hour Kunga Yoga Teacher Training at In Balance Yoga in Blacksburg, Virginia in 2019. I went on to earn a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from the Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2021 — weaving evidence-based practice with the ancient wisdom of yoga — and most recently, became a certified Personal Trainer in 2023.
Through college, I shared that passion by teaching 4-8 classes a week and offering yoga and recovery sessions for varsity athletes. I saw firsthand how mindful movement cultivates not just resilience, but self-trust.
Today, my work is rooted in the real HEART and HARD work of becoming who we were meant to be. I teach yoga, yoga therapy, personal training, and dynamic movement classes — from restorative flow to strength-based conditioning — all created to help you reconnect to your body and your breath.
And now, I’m introducing Combat Kriya — a fierce, soulful blend of martial-inspired movement, breathwork, and meditation designed to help you move through resistance, release stuck energy, and reclaim your power.
My classes invite you to get a little sweaty, a little uncomfortable, and a whole lot honest. You’ll find philosophy, poetry, science, and sweat — practices that stir the heart and strengthen the spirit.
Come as you are. Leave a little more awake, a little more you.
