Based in Wytheville, VA, I offer a unique, experience and evidence informed approach that blends yoga therapy, functional movement, and whole-person health practices. Every session is designed to meet you where you are—helping you move, feel, and live with greater vitality.

 

Megan’s Bio

My love for movement and the natural world has shaped the way I teach and connect with others. I started practicing yoga at 14, inspired by a simple AM yoga DVD, and quickly discovered how transformative it could be. By 16, I was attending studio classes, deepening my practice, and learning firsthand how yoga can support strength, balance, and self-awareness at any age.

Throughout college, I shared my passion by teaching 2–6 classes a week and providing specialized sessions for varsity sports teams—helping students build strength, flexibility, and resilience. In 2013, I earned a scholarship to complete my 200-hour teacher training at Sid Yoga in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2019, I completed my 300-hour Kunga Yoga Teacher Training at In Balance Yoga in Blacksburg, Virginia, followed by a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Most recently, I earned my Personal Training Certification, expanding the ways I can support you in reaching your health and wellness goals.

Today, I bring this experience and passion to every session—creating a supportive, personalized space for you to move, grow, and feel your best.
