This is a self paced flow that incorporates the five elements while especially tapping into watery feminine movements inspired by the full moon.
The physical practice will include a few variations of moon salutations, a strength building balance series, a standing grounding series, and juicy hip openers.
Other practices include mudra, journaling, mantra, pranayama, and guided somatic awareness.
Bring props if you have them! A towel/blanket can be a nice addition.
